Refund policy

At HUPEE, we want you to truly love your purchase.

  1. Returns & Exchanges Within 14 Days
    You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

  2. Refund & Exchange Fees
    Refunds & exchanges are subject to a 100 EGP fee to cover delivery, processing, and handling.

  3. Exchange Policy
    Each item is eligible for one exchange only. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

  4. Condition of Returned Items
    Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  5. Quality Concerns
    If you receive an item with a quality issue or defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or exchange if applicable.

  6. Non-Returnable Items
    Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, alterations, or missing tags may not be eligible for return or exchange after inspection.
